Dear family,
The most exciting thing for us to happen recently is to have our parents over for Christmas. Actually they were here for about the span of three and a half weeks. Dad came out early to work on evicting a tenant, then the whole family came out, including Emma, Spencer and his family, and Jean hung around a lot. We were glad to be able to have accommodations to host everyone, and we were especially glad that we had prepared so much. We had it all planned out.
We also enjoyed going to one of Rachelle’s old roommates weddings. It was a very spiritual experience as the Spirit was strong and we were reminded of our big day in the temple over eight months ago. We love being sealed to each other and to our families (that’s you)!
We also felt the Spirit as we attended Dane and Camilla’s wedding as well. It was wonderful to see everyone there, and that church building was pretty incredible.
Both Rachelle and I were very proud of our performance in school this past semester. We both reached most of our goals as far as grades go, and what’s more is that we felt like we worked hard to earn them. But now we’re thrown back into the fire with more classes starting up. This is Rachelle’s last semester at BYU.
